Very gently remove the veg and cheese when they are done and pile them on top of the discs. The cheese will be creamy and soft in the middle but still retain its cube shape. As it cools they will crumble. The onion was sweet and caramelised but still with a little crunch.
  4. Drizzle over some more tamarind sauce and enjoy! perfect.
